5 Bite Diet: Day Six

A little excited, tomorrow will be my last day on this diet.

 

Breakfast (10 am):

Water.

 

Lunch (1:30 pm):

Bites One and Two: One egg

Bites Three through Five: Protein bar. Taste like a cookie, sort of.

 

Really fatigued today. Took a 20 minute nap.

 

Dinner (6:30 pm):

Bite One through Five:  Pickle boats with sliced carrot, spinach, garlic hummus, and a little bit of salmon.

Slightly more energy after dinner. Tea and bed.
