Breakfast (10 am):

Lunch (1:00 pm):
Bite One through Five: Spicy salmon with hummus and crackers. This will become a favorite snack once I get off this diet.
Thinking about some fruit or vegetables for dinner.
Dinner (7:30 pm):
Bite One and Two: Carrot, broccoli and pasta
Bite Three through Five: I feel bad admitting this but it was the coconut and almond bites…
They taste delicious, okay. Also, They have vitamins. Do not judge me.
My stomach hurts it feel like your muscles the day after an intense workout. Wonder why?
