5 Bite Diet: Day Four

 

Breakfast (10 am):

Just some good old fashioned H20 this morning.

 

Lunch (1:00 pm):

Bite One through Five: Deviled eggs this morning with a bit of relish

 

Dinner (7:30 pm):

Bite One through Five:  Spicy salmon with hummus and crackers. Amazing!

 

 

Some Oolong tea before bed and I am calling it a day. Until tomorrow.
