Breakfast (10 am):
Tea, again. I usually drink it about five to seven times a day, but I am really starting to resent not being able to have any food.
Lunch (1:00 pm):
Bite One: I was craving something sweet. So, I indulged on one of my chocolate coconut almond bites.
Bites Two through Five: I made lettuce cups with egg, brown jasmine rice, guacamole, and cheese.
I feel lackluster today. I have no energy, though it could be due to hormones rather than the diet.
Dinner (7:30 pm):
Bite One through Five: I had a veggie patty and more rice.
I have read that the third day is the magical day where your stomach is supposed to adjust the five bites per meal and feel overall more satisfied with the tiny portions. I will admit that after dinner I do feel content with my five bites.
Note: I also enjoyed a glass of water with said meal.
