I guess an introduction is in order.
I decided to write a blog about polycystic ovarian syndome (PCOS) and weight loss. Thousands of women every year struggle with so many issues that are PCOS related. One of them is weight loss.
In my personal experience, I have not found any real concrete information on how to be able to successfully lose weight with PCOS. I want to change that.
My goal is to lose about 80 pounds and document the good, the bad, and the ugly. So, that I might be able to help other women as well.
